Phone Banking Made Difficult

A relative of mine expressed his frustration in using BPI Express Phone Banking via 89100.  She narrated: that after several dialing attempts and hearing "Sorry you're call cannot be connected" she finally got connected and heard "Welcome to BPI Express, Phone banking made easy" only to learn later that it would be a routine phone banking ordeal.  She added, once connected, the phone-robot directed her to several menus only to end at another automated response: "All our phone bankers are busy right now, you may stay on the line or end this call."  She chose to stay only to hear over and over this line.  Now BPI folks, is that what you call "phone banking made easy?"

BPI pioneered this service, it's a shame that it seems it has never moved forward.
