Tasyo: "To me, the resignation is actually a political-life-vest designed to keep the Singson scent irresistible to their constituents in Ilocos Sur.  His father, Governor Chavit, in a phone-interview by a news channel, tried to make another spin, by saying the same spiel he used months ago, suggesting again that Ronald was set-up.  In my mind, it's a prelude to another performance of a Singson or associate (family member, friends) in the special election theater which will open soon.   Hanggang kailan paloloko ang mga mamayan ng Ilocos Sur?
